  in apport error

Bug description:
  after update kernel to 3.2.0-40 my book is black screen. i boot to
  previous kernel and try to send error from apport-kde

  apport-kde is crash

  but apport successfully installed dbg packages.

  i try send error - kubuntu-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -  but letter is
  rejected.
