Using the image  trusty-desktop-amd64.iso   built on 07-Mar-2014 07:52,
I'm not able to reproduce the cursor springs when scrolling.

>From our side the mouse scroll and mouse scroll click are working fine,
just as on the Server build.

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
VM Ubuntu 14.04 daily build, using VM Connection interface.

  Mouse middle wheel not working on Hyper-V

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  It appears that the mouse middle wheel is not working on Ubuntu 13.10.
  This used to work on past distributions but something seems to have
  regressed it in Ubuntu 13.10. Please triage and fix the problem.
