Title:
Intel Centrino Adv. N 6230 Wireless doesn't wake up again after
  suspend-to-RAM since Upgrade to 13.10

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Since I upgraded from Ubuntu 13.04 to Ubuntu 13.10, Wireless isn't working any more after suspend-to-RAM.
I'm using the amd64 version of Ubuntu on my Samsung NP900X3A-B03CH Ultrabook.
The Wireless-device is a (according to lspci)

Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6230 [Rainbow Peak]

  This is what /var/log/syslog shows:

  Nov 20 15:08:07 900X3A kernel: [ 32.372384] samsung_laptop: detected SABI interface: SwSmi@
  Nov 20 15:08:07 900X3A kernel: [ 32.372390] samsung_laptop: Backlight controlled by ACPI video driver
  Nov 20 15:08:07 900X3A NetworkManager[1851]: <info> rfkill2: found WiFi radio killswitch (at /sys/devices/platform/samsung/rfkill/rfkill2) (platform driver (unknown))
  Nov 20 15:08:09 90X03A NetworkManager[1851]: <info> (wlan0): IP6 addrconf timed out or failed.
  Nov 20 15:08:09 900X3A NetworkManager[1851]: <info> Activation (wlan0) Stage 4 of 5 (IPv6 Configure Timeout) scheduled...
  Nov 20 15:08:09 900X3A NetworkManager[1851]: <info> Activation (wlan0) Stage 4 of 5 (IPv6 Configure Timeout) started...
  Nov 20 15:08:09 900X3A NetworkManager[1851]: <info> Activation (wlan0) Stage 4 of 5 (IPv6 Configure Timeout) complete.

I'm rather surprised though, about this message rfkill2: found WiFi radio killswitch (at /sys/devices/platform/samsung/rfkill/rfkill2) (platform driver (unknown))
as the Computer doesn't have any hardware wifi-switch...?
