Download daily build for test on Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 SP1. I will inform of the test results later.
P.S. Ubuntu on Hyper-V 2008 R2 SP1 about a month does not see network on install and later. Previously, this problem has not been.

Bug description:
  It appears that the mouse middle wheel is not working on Ubuntu 13.10.
  This used to work on past distributions but something seems to have
  regressed it in Ubuntu 13.10. Please triage and fix the problem.
