No, tried the latest kernels a while back and it was upstream. As I
mentioned in the ticket it's not in the debian 7 version but I didn't
have time to open an upstream bug ticket so I worked around it by
swapping hardware. I don't have access to the hardware anymore so can't
test further. Best of luck.

Bug description:
When installing the LSI 9211 (a cross-flashed m1015 running the 9211it firmware) the controller is seen but the drives are not recognized causing no drive to be available to be installed to. This happens in both 12.04.02 and 12.10 installs.
