Bug description:
  jerry@Aspire1:~$ ubuntu-bug linux
  tail: cannot open ‘/var/log/syslog’ for reading: No such file or directory

  Took a look, there is no syslog.  In spite of all this on the screen
  ubuntu-bug does work:
