  On-going problem with Toshiba laptop

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  acpid goes mad (from invocation), and only shuts up when killed: the
  hard drive light doesn't stop flashing, and the laptop fan makes sure
  I know it works.

  First the general stuff:
