v3.14 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Title:
usb mouse disconnects when going on battery

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Using Ubuntu 13.04 with latest patches
  Hardware : Asus N56V laptop

When disconnecting power supply and running on "battery," the usb mouse will lose its current after 20s with only the touchpad working.
Disabling the touchpad only gives me "keyboard" support.

reconnecting the mouse in another usb port will give me a few seconds of mouse activity...then the laser inside will go down again...

Oly solution: put the laptop in wall-outlet if you want to use the
mouse...or go back to previous ubuntu version 12.10
