Title:
  lustre in default kernel staging, 10~ MB.

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  /lib/modules/*/kernel/drivers/staging/lustre

  9.8-10.1MB in x86_64.

  There may be some other bits elsewhere as well. Move to some other
  profile / server kernel only? Lustre also has userspace tools and
  libraries available for this.
