How is the process now in terms of assigning this fault report to 
someone? Sorry, if that is a stupid question - I am not too familiar 
with open source SW development.

Bug description:
  I am running Ubuntu 13.10 on a  Fujitsu Laptop and the touchpad is not
  detected. I installed a dual boot with Windows 8.1 and under Windows
  everything works properly. dmesg-output attached.
