    Input: ALPS - add support for "Dolphin" devices

  CID: 201206-11418 Dell Inspiron N5425

  This bug affects multiple Dell laptops, as listed in the tag.

  The touchpad on this laptop was detected as PS/2 mouse,
  therefore unable to do horizontal/vertial edge scrolling.
  (Single-tap still work)
