Note: 
- In all cases, touchscreen works, without a cursor, or onbord

Scenario 1 - Suspend, followed by resume after a short period (few
mins). The login screen appears, keyboard and touchpad does not work,
however the settings button appear at the top left corner. Suspending
again (using touchscreen) and resuming causes the keyboard and touchpad
to work

Scenario 2 - Suspend, followed by resume after a long period. The login screen appears,  keyboard and touchpad does not work,  the settings button does not appear at the top left corner. Need to hard reset.
