Bug description:
  Unable to restart after being suspended for a period of 10 minutes.
  The system and hardware is not responding.

  After resuming the suspension, I constantly have to re-suspend the
  system because the lock screen doesn't show up in certain occasions,
  only the cursor is displayed.
