Title:
Disabling onboard WiFi in Bios disables WiFi Dongle
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
On HP 4330s there's onboard WiFi.
When enabled Ubuntu 14.04 functions normally.
Both the onboard WiFi and a WiFi dongle work.
When the onboard WiFi is disabled in Bios Ubuntu 14.04 disables not only the onboard adapter, but it also disables the WiFi Dongle.
There's a message that WiFi is disabled by a hardware switch.
Using the command rfkill unblock wifi or all doesn't do a thing.
rfkill list shows there's hardware lock on WiFi.
Please fix this.
I triple boot and this behavior is present only in Ubuntu 14.04.
