I'm using Hyper-V on Windows 8.1 with client OS of 12.04.4 LTS (Precise Pangolin) 
I have no mouse wheel scrolling. Please advise.

Bug description:
  It appears that the mouse middle wheel is not working on Ubuntu 13.10.
  This used to work on past distributions but something seems to have
  regressed it in Ubuntu 13.10. Please triage and fix the problem.
