Bug description:
I have a new install of Lubuntu 13.04.
I never had a problem with previous releases of ubuntu.

The only trouble is that when I try to suspend my netbook with hotkeys
(Fn+F4) or with shutdown menu, my netbook resumes immediately from
  suspend.

The netbook enter regularly in suspend-mode if I close monitor

If I can help, I have an aspire one 110l.
