Title:
USB won't mount Samsung Convoy 3 phone

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
This flip phone has a 32 gig SD card but does not AFIK use Android.
There is a USB menu but the only option is "USB Mass Storage". I
believe however it uses MTP. I do have a camera that mounts MTP OK so
that is working. The problem is similar to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/151094 but I got no help there.
Samsung support is useless, they only speak windows.
