  to test, i issued dd command:
  dd if=/dev/zero of=/media/usb-disk/test-file bs=32

  while dd is running i run dstat.... this is in the log file attached.

  other logs are also in the tar.gz file...

  there is a huge USB performance Bug report #1972262. this Report is
  something simular
