I have the same problem like #46. My computer is Thinkpad T440p

I make and install from:

lspci -nn    shows :

04:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
Device [10ec:818b]

nw-manager founds the wifi SID and can connect the wireless network, but
no data receive and cannot ping gateway
