using default linux kernel 3.13.0.24

Hardware configuration
Dell inspiron One
Intel® Core™ i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz × 4 

Software installation
2 partitions formatted windows/7
Installed on a partition installed with wubi, filesystem in a 30.6 Gb file
Grub installed with dual boot Windows/7 or Ubuntu

After upgrading to 14.04 system cannot boot with default kernel linux 3.13.0-24
It shows a terminal with restritected command line or says file system is damaged !

Work arroud : with grub i could select kernel linux 3.11.0-20

df shows file system is installed on a 313 Gb windows partition (/host)
using 26 Gb for linux fs.
