Title:
046d:c043 Logitech Mouse not recognised on boot in 12.04 & later

Status in The Linux Kernel:
  Fix Released
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When the computer boots the mouse is not recognised, you have to
manually unplug it and plug it back for it to be recognised. This only
  happened after upgrading to 12.04.

What is also significant is that it only happens when the computer is
shutdown and booted. If it is rebooted using 'restart' then the mouse
  is recognised on boot.

USB legacy support is turned on in the BIOS.
