[Bug 544582] Re: White screen at boot and system locks up
Danny wanfs me to re do his computer and back to 13.10 . . 14.04 last 6 sconds and locks up after entering password
I hit F8 and took him back to previousn version to run the laptop so it would work for him

Occasionally when booting straight after grub loads, the fsck message
appears as normal then instead of showing Plymouth a white screen
shows and the system completely freezes.
