Title:
[Dell XPS 13] Intel Wireless 7260 has very bad connectivity

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Wifi has very bad connectivity in this system.

Some of behaviour I am experiencing:

   * During the connection (specially visible on video calls) it seems that the connection loses packages. This is on-going and it happens all the time.
   * Every ~10 minutes, the connection is completely lost during 15 seconds, and then it reconnects again. When that happens, the following messages show in dmesg:

  [ 2274.914647] wlan0: deauthenticating from a0:21:b7:d9:c4:23 by local choice (reason=2)
  [ 2274.917456] wlan0: authenticate with a0:21:b7:d9:c4:23
  [ 2274.919021] wlan0: send auth to a0:21:b7:d9:c4:23 (try 1/3)
[ 2274.919950] cfg80211: Calling CRDA to update world regulatory domain
