[Bug 1315309] Re: kernel panic when intel wireless card associates
Also, does this issue go away if you boot into the previous kernel? If
so, we can perform a kernel bisect to identify the commit that
introduced this regression.

Title:
kernel panic when intel wireless card associates
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Since this morning, following an update, my machine kernel panics as
soon as NetworkManager connects the wifi, or if I press the key to
power off the wifi card.
Blacklisting the wifi modules (iwlwifi and iwldvn) and using a USB
wifi card instead results in a stable system.
I'm on a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E130, running Trusty, running
3.13.0-24-generic, and the intel card is, according to lspci, an Intel
Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (rev c4).
