Update: 
Now using kubuntu 14.04 LTS, HP225 Laptop and Delock Adapter USB 2.0 Bluetooth V.4.0 Dual Mode:

The mouse is found immediately and paired, recognized as bluetooth
mouse. It is shown as connected. But there is no action by moving the
mouse or hitting any of the mouses buttons or using the wheel.

The mouse works ok with Windows 7 and the supplied USB drivers of
Delock.

  Connected bluetooth mouth does not work

  after connecting the mouse it sometimes works for a short time, 2 to 10 seconds. the bluetooth connection is still existent, but nor mouse action is processed.
  The mouse was tested on non-linux systems ok.
