[Bug 1318129] Re: No kernel update

 

In answer to Brad Figg (brad-figg) : running apport-collect 1318129 did
not add any new information.

In answer to Joseph Salisbury (jsalisbury) : this machine HAS pae even if the pae flag is not set.
(old Compaq NC6000)

It has been installed with the --forcepae flag and runs Lubuntu 14.04 perfectly.
The only problem is the update of this kernel

It seems that the bug #930447 and other discussion about pae flag is
back !
