Title:
8086:08b1 (rev 73) [Asus M5A97] Intel AC7260 Drops AC WiFi
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Desktop machine with Intel AC7260 + Bluetooth drops AC 5ghz wifi connection. No definitive pattern, but seems to drop more often when running Transmission torrent client and while using ssh to connect to home server.
2.4ghz N wifi is stable - 68-69/70 connection
5ghz AC wifi unstable - usually 52/70 connection
On Ubuntu 13.10 there was no AC wifi issue with this device. Tried turning off Power Management in iwconfig, but no change in connectivity.
