Title:
[Dell Inc. Inspiron 910] suspend/resume failure

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I've tried suspending from both the keyboard and the desktop menu. I
don't use suspend much, but I think it worked in 12.04LTS, unless I
left the SD card in, and then the symptoms were similar to this.

The system appears to suspend, but after leaving it for a time (1/2 hr
or so), the machine is quite hot, fan running, black screen. It's
necessary to force power down (5 sec power button) and restart.
