Title:
Dell Inspiron 9400 - eth0 works on live cd, but not after install
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
During Live CD use, Ubuntu 14.04 has no issue using this Dell Inspiron
9400's network card. So, in order to submit this bug, I'm doing it
during a live CD session.
However, after installation, ifconfig doesn't even show the network
card, and therefore I cannot consume the internet over cat5 after
install Ubuntu 14.04 with this laptop.
