[Bug 1330685] Re: linux-firmware update failed in Dell 15 3537 with ubuntu 12.04

 

Saveliy - the root of your issue is that you have installed a package
that is not known by Ubuntu, "trying to overwrite
'/lib/firmware/ar3k/AthrBT_0x31010000.dfu', which is also in package bt-
dw1705-firmware". I suggest you remove  bt-dw1705-firmware before
attempting to upgrade linux-firmware, e.g.,

sudo apt-get purge bt-dw1705-firmware
