  Display is not initializing while awaking from Standby Mode

Bug description:
  While using the default X.Org X Server graphics driver, display does
  not initialize after awaking from Standby mode. However the problem is
  resolved by using AMD proprietary driver. Screenshot of available
  drivers is attached.
