nvidia drivers blurry effect

Bug description:
when Ya install a nvidia driver it works great but if u go to Nvidia
settings -> Antilizing settings -> and Enable FXAA it makes all the
letters and such all blurry and hard to read Tested this on latest
Nvidia-331 driver and PPA source Nvidia-340
Nvidia Driver 331 test is a Ubuntu default driver
