The problem is still kinda here, but I noticed now that in Nautilus I cannot give a name to a newly created folder straight away: it gets "Untitled Folder" name after a second after I create it (during this second I can accidentally navigate to another folder and it gets the renaming mode).
Instead it should wait until I type something and press Enter.

Everything is fine with folders on the Desktop.

In Chrome the problem persists as with the release kernel.

That might be more a GTK issue.

  Hello,

  I run into this problem in two cases: renaming a file or folder in Nautilus and naming a bookmark in Chrome. If I want to switch keyboard layout (I set up caps lock for that) the text control loses the focus like if I pressed Esc.
