[Bug 1189721] Re: Ralink RT3290 needs bluetooth driver

Will this be fixed in the 3.16 kernel? It's annoying to have to use Windows to transfer files via bluetooth. The bluetooth implementation in ubuntu is by far bether than the one implemented in Windows. Or at least, how can I contact to the kernel developers, and provide info or test kernels with my hardware? I would patch the driver by myself, if I'd enough knowledge to do it.
The same with wifi. That driver perfomance is very poor and there are already an functionally driver that can be included in the kernel.
