[Bug 1355771] Re: Utopic updated 8/11/2014 unity doesn't start

Booted today's zsync of utopic.iso
Wallpaper only. No unity.
+bug/1356357

No way to re-install utopic.

Is there a "start unity" or anything to get the panels and applets
running?
