Title:
  After booting from live-cd, choosing "Try Ubuntu" and using the system
  for some time, the system freezes

Bug description:
  After booting an Ubuntu 14.04.01 CD (happened in previous versions too), choosing to "Try Ubuntu without installing", and using the system for a few minutes\hours, the system freezes (including the mouse pointer), and I have no choise but to hard-reboot it.
  Happens in Ubuntu 14.04.1, Lubuntu 14.04, and other linux distributions as well.
