Thank you for writting, I've update the kernel 3.17.0-031700rc2-generic and
I still have the same problem

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu recognices bluetooth card, it appears the icon on the status
  bar but never find any device during scanning, I neither connect to
  other devices using  comand: hidd --connect aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff. Despite
