The patch has been accepted upstream and since it fixes broken LE vmcore image, it would be nice to take it as soon as possible.

  vmcore image is not readable

Bug description:
  ---Problem Description---
  When running in LE mode, the vmcore is not readable from the kdump kernel.
    
  Machine Type = Power 8 
   
  ---Steps to Reproduce---
  Panic the system and read the /proc/vmcore file using readelf -a
   
  Userspace tool common name: kexec-tools 
   
  The userspace tool has the following bit modes: 64-bit LE 

  kexec-tools patch fixing the /proc/vmcore ELF header.
