Title:
wifi did not enable after resuming from suspend

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Somehow 'Enable networking' was disabled after the laptop (HP ZBook
  14) resumed from suspend. Enabling it did nothing, it still stayed
  disabled.

I then logged out, and as soon as I did, the display switched to "low
  graphics mode".
