This is a new issue since upgrading from Xubunt 12.04 to 14.04 via Software
Updater GUI . . . . I'll try to test this kernel update suggestion . . .
I'm away from the iBook for today . . . probably be late tomorrow before I
can get the time to try stuff out with it . . . so 24 + 8 hours or so . . .

Incomplete
Bug description:
System fails to revive from "suspend" through GUI in iBook G4 . . .
screen goes black . . . but then does not wake up necessitating shut
down and cold boot to return to GUI . . . .
