When running in LE mode, the vmcore is not readable from the kdump kernel.
Machine Type = Power 8
---Steps to Reproduce---
Panic the system and read the /proc/vmcore file using readelf -a
Userspace tool common name: kexec-tools
The userspace tool has the following bit modes: 64-bit LE
kexec-tools patch fixing the /proc/vmcore ELF header.
