  103c:18ec [HP 250 G1 Notebook PC] Can't see RT3290 Bluetooth module on
  Ubuntu 14.04

Bug description:
  I have installed Ubuntu 14.04 on my HP 250 G1 and it works, the only
  one problem is that i can't see my RT3290 bluetooth module and it is
  also funny because wifi and bluetooth have the same controller but the
  wifi works and the bluetooth not.
