Adam: backporting "034cd97ebda4062eb4402a6cf963ccd262caa86a PCI/MSI:
Remove pci_enable_msi_block()" from mainline/master works too.
Please include this patch in Trusty and Utopic. (Adam: Utopic doesn't
have this issue.)
