Bug description:
at shut down ubuntu dot keep going around.
This occure on ubuntu 14.04 did not occure with 13.10

Could not aquire org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.service
tried renaming the file org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.service to anything else was unsucessfull
look to change power managment in bios from Bios to ACPI. was also unsucessfull.
