Bug description:
  Hello,
While checking with the latest daily build (Sept 9th) we can see that the linux-cloud-tools package providing all the Hyper-V LIS daemons (KVP, VSS & FCOPY) is not present.

  The online packages link (http://packages.ubuntu.com/utopic/linux-
cloud-tools-generic) also lists only the x64 architecture for it,
though linux-tools for example is available for both x64 and i386.

Please let us know why this is the case for the 32bit build and how we
can get the required LIS daemons into it.
