  [Dell Precision M2800] Wifi slider cannot turn wifi off, but works for
  BT

Bug description:
  CID: 201404-14986 Dell Precision M2800

  The wireless slider on this system can't turn the Wifi off, but it
  could turn the BT on/off normally.

  Steps:
  1. Install 14.04.1 + update (3.13.0-37), boot to desktop
  2. Try to turn the wifi off with the slider

  Expected result:
  * Both wifi and BT could be controlled by the wifi slider.

  Actual result:
  * Only BT could be turned off with the slider.
