[Bug 1383851] Re: Cannot enter LVM encryption password in qemu with -vga std

 

I can see if I can reproduce this issue.

Are you able to boot in to the VM after installation using cirrus?  If
so, we can try some different kernel versions to try an narrow down a
good kernel version.

  Test Case:
  1. In qemu install Utopic Desktop amd64
  2. During installation select LVM + Encrypted
  3. Finish installation and reboot
  4. When the prompt is displayed to enter disk encryption password type it

  Expected Result
  Can enter password.

  Actual Result
  Cannot type password with "-vga std" but it works with "-vga cirrus"
