Hi Tim,

It seems that netboot initrd image doesn't contain this firmware, which
is causing some issues. Can you also bump bnx2x firmware to version 19
on initrd?

Bug description:
  When trying to do a network install with the kernel and initrd in:

  http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/utopic/main/installer-
  ppc64el/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/ppc64el/

  It fails because the bnx2x firmware is missing:
