David, thank you for your comment. So your hardware and problem may be tracked, could you please file a new report with Ubuntu by executing the following in a terminal while booted into the default Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline one) via:
ubuntu-bug linux

Bug description:
  On my Asus Zenbook prime bluetooth mouse fails after the computer comes back from stand-by. And after trying to turn off and on BT from the settings dialog, it won't turn on again (immediately switches back to off). This worked perfectly before on 13.4.
  PS: I also noticed that some trackpad settings were resetted, e.g. the scroll by two-finger-setting is enabled again (I turned it off previously). Maybe this is related.
