Title:
BCM4322 Wireless Stopped Working after 3.5.0-18.29-generic Kernel
  Update

Status in “bcmwl” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Today, after applying updates suggested by Ubuntu's Update Manager, my
  Wireless Card stopped working.

I determined my wireless card with the following command:
  lspci | grep -i wireless
04:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless

I determined my kernel with the following command:
  uname -a
  Linux 3.5.0-18-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 19 10:26:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Why did this kernel update cause my wireless card to stop working?
